SHIPPING POLICY

At Britney’s Urban Oasis, we take great care to ensure your plants and products arrive happy, healthy, and on time.

​

Shipping Origin & Carrier

  • From: Winder, Georgia

  • Carrier: UPS Ground (UPS 2nd Day & UPS Next Day available)

  • Tracking: Email notification with tracking once your order ships.

​

Shipping Schedule

  • Product Orders: Ship Monday–Friday. Weekend/holiday orders ship next business day.

  • Plant Orders: Ship Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays. We coordinate with you before shipping to ensure someone is available to receive.

​

Local Pickup

  • Available in Winder, GA — select “Local Pickup” at checkout or contact us to schedule.

​

Plant Packing

  • Shipped in nursery pot or with roots wrapped in sphagnum moss & plastic wrap.

  • Humidity-loving plants shipped in plastic poly bags.

  • Cushioned with kraft paper/corrugated wrap.

  • Expert packing for even the most sensitive plants.

​

Hot Weather Shipping

  • Over 95°F? We recommend adding a cold pack at checkout.

  • Orders may be held for safer conditions — we’ll notify you.

  • We’re not responsible for heat damage without a cold pack or when shipped during unsafe temperatures.

  • Track and bring indoors immediately upon delivery.

​

Cold Weather Shipping

  • Below 40°F: Add a heat pack at checkout.

  • Below 32°F: Add a heat pack and insulation.

  • Below 25°F: Orders held until safe conditions.

  • We’re not liable for cold damage without proper shipping protection.

​

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Contact us immediately to update or cancel.

  • After Shipping: We cannot change, reroute, or cancel. Contact UPS for address intercept.

  • Always double-check your shipping info before placing an order.

​

Shipping Insurance & Claims

  • We recommend selecting insured shipping.

  • Customers must file claims directly with carrier.

  • We can assist with photos, invoices, and details upon request.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of damage, packaging, and label.

​

Refunds for Live Plants

  • Final Sale — no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • We pack with care, but once shipped, we’re not responsible for damage due to transit or environment.

  • Be home to receive and unpack promptly.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds for Products

  • Eligible non-plant products may be returned if:

    • Shipped back within 7 days of delivery

    • Unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.

Refunds for Live Plants

  • All live plant sales are final.

  • We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the fragile nature of rare plants.

  • We recommend being present for delivery and unpacking promptly.
